This place was very responsive, I got a same day appointment and Steven was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in helping us select the right mattress for our needs - a queen size for a Murphy bed. We didn’t feel pressured for the most expensive one and once we found a firmness we liked for our guest room and one in our budget, he was just as helpful in explaining our warranty, too.
